Kalakaua Community

The Kalakaua Community encompasses homes built between 1990 to 2008.  The community, located on Schofield Barracks, is home to all ranks ranging from E1 to O6.  We offer two, three, four, and some five bedroom homes with various types of floor plans.  Many of the homes have Central A/C and solar panels help to ensure they are as energy efficient as possible.  Other floor plans have been renovated and feature ceiling fans, upgraded flooring, fenced yards, and garages or carports.  Kalakaua is conveniently located close to the PX, commissary, schools, and recreational facilities. The Community Center also has an activities room where Residents can have parties, enjoy the fitness center or watch a movie in the theater, all free of charge.
