The more information you can share with us the better service we can provide you and your family.
To facilitate the process of finding you a home, please have the following available:
- Orders to move to Army Hawaii
- Marriage license (If spouse not listed on orders or command sponsorship)
- Birth certificates (If children not listed on orders or approved command sponsorship)
- Custody/adoption paperwork, where applicable
- Pregnancy verification, where applicable
- Copy of Most recent LES statement
- Copy of leave form
- Copy of flight itinerary for dependents
- EFMP documentation if applicable
A copy of your orders and other documents should be faxed or mailed to the AHFH regional office serving the area of your new duty station, or simply bring the documents to the regional office upon your arrival.
