Army Hawaii Family Housing’s success is a direct result of the company’s skilled employees and dynamic leadership.  Our ohana – family – is a group of diverse professionals dedicated to the creation of affordable, quality, safe and sustainable homes and communities.

Each quarter, AHFH recognizes the contributions and efforts of its employees with the Make a Difference Awards.  Nominees are measured by their actions at work or at homes, deeds that affect quality of life, and their ability to motivate co-workers or others to achieve resident satisfaction.  Other criteria includes:

• Projecting a positive attitude

• Role modeling and positive peer influence

• Finding innovative or efficient solutions to a problem

• Fostering Sustainability; finding ways to eliminate waste

• Being a good Samaritan

• Community service not related to Army Hawaii Family Housing

• Taking the initiative for self improvement, training or academic achievement
   outside of work

• Positive contributions to work environment

• Exemplary action that positively affects the AHFH workplace and communities

• Providing OUTSTANDING Customer Service
