Army Hawaii Family Housing LLC is the largest Residential Communities Initiative project ever awarded by the U.S. Army. The project company was formed through a partnership between the Army and Actus Lend Lease, which brings together talent and innovation found in the private sector to help the Army achieve many of its goals such as improving the quality of life for its soldiers and conserving natural resources in areas they live and work in. Army Hawaii Family Housing has positioned itself as a progressive leader in developing and maintaining sustainable homes and communities.
